يقوم بمساعدة الإدارة في وضع وتنفيذ خططها التطويرية والتوسعية التي تساهم في رفع مستوى رضى العميل، تقليل التكاليف المباشرة وغير المباشرة، ورفع المبيعات والارباح السنوية. يتطلب منه الفهم السريع لعلميات الشركة وعقودها والتحديات التي تواجهه ما يستدعي المام وتثقيف مستمرين في سوق المنطقة الشرقية بشكل خاص وسوق المملكة بشكل عام عبر النزول للميدان والنظر للأمور عن قرب.
