Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate records of various office activities, expenses, and transactions.
- Prepare and organize reports as needed.
- Office Organization:
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Support to Staff:
- Assist colleagues with tasks as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Provide orientation and support to new employees.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and other documents.
- Technology and Equipment Management:
- Assist with basic IT support for office equipment and systems.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and address issues or challenges that may arise in the daily operations of the office.
- Propose solutions and improvements to enhance efficiency.
