Key Responsibilities
● Work in partnership with the Retention Manager to devise strategies and campaigns to help us maximize our retention numbers
● Work in close proximity to the acquisition and conversion teams to ensure we employ joined up logic across all teams focusing on customer optimization.
● Work closely with software analysts and developers to help deliver any internal software upgrades that will be required to help boost our retention results
● Developing, implementing and managing end-to-end campaign roadmap for customer Lifecycle journey.
● Campaign management for entire Customer Lifecycle stages / touchpoints across all communication channels viz push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, telegram etc
● Used CRM tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, Optimove, WebEngage or similar ones
● Regular analysis on reports & efficacy of all the campaigns and continuous optimization for better business ROI
● Identify campaign opportunities within business objectives and deliver plan to achieve the same. Analyse the results for respective stakeholder reporting along with key learnings and best practices.
● Devise campaign brief including promotional message copy, emailer creative & business objective for cross functional teams / departments for operations.
● Liaise with customer service & operational teams for campaign feedback, improvement & roadmap.
● Co-ordination with other departments, vendors & agencies (including creative, acquisition, conversion, telesales, customer service & product development teams) for smooth rollout of campaigns.
Essential
● Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in CRM.
● Ability to analyze information and adopt a logical approach at all times is a must.
● Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Must be a problem solver.
