Head of Purchasing Group – Certa

Responsibilities:

Working with existing and searching for new suppliers, analyzing prices and delivery conditions;

Concluding contracts on terms favorable to the Company;

Tracking placed orders, prompt interaction with them;

Control of uninterrupted deliveries on time;

Negotiating to reduce costs;

Monitoring the market for goods and services purchased by the company;

Procurement planning;

Organizing interaction between the purchasing department and other departments;

Management of department, purchasing managers;

Requirements:

Experience in purchasing industrial equipment and machinery is MANDATORY!

Fluency in English

Higher technical/economic education

Experience working with foreign manufacturers

Knowledge of Chinese is a MUST
