Electrical Technician – BUTEC S.A.L.

Qualifications:

1. Technical degree in electricity, electronics or a related field with hands-on experience with electrical systems
2. Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues that may arise
3. Knowledge of wiring diagrams, electrical codes and safety regulations
4. Able to analyze situations and diagnose issues, as well as develop creative solutions to complex problems
5. Use proper safety equipment, follow the Health & Safety instructions. 
6. Record maintenance information, including test results, material usage, and repairs made. 
7. Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts.
8. Install, inspect and test electric meters, relays, and power sources to detect causes of malfunctions and inaccuracies. 
9. Troubleshoot individual pieces of electrical equipment, evaluate and diagnose system deterioration or failure. Perform repairs on chemical feed systems, odor control systems, screens, filters and related equipment. 
10. Perform regularly scheduled maintenance, adjustment and repair to a variety of equipment, machinery, and control systems in treatment plant.
