  • Execute and control daily routine for the office and workshop
  • Assist workshop manager in his administrative tasks
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, daily reports etc.
  • Filing and document controlling for the department
  • Prepare and manage staff files for the department
  • Prepare the letters, reports, submittals, and other correspondence for internal and external purposes
  • Act as the key communications point to the for the workshop
  • Prepare and control customer, suppliers and contractors Database
  • Prepare and follow up on the work schedule of the workshop
  • All other administrative jobs assigned by the direct manager and workshop manager

  • تنفيذ ومراقبة الروتين اليومي للمكتب والورشة
  • مساعدة مدير الورشة في مهامه الإدارية
  • إعداد عروض الأسعار والفواتير ومذكرات التسليم والتقارير اليومية
  • تنظيم و ترتيب الملفات والمستندات الخاصة بالقسم
  • إعداد وإدارة ملفات الموظفين الخاصة بالقسم
  • إعداد الرسائل والتقارير والتقديمات والمراسلات الأخرى للأغراض الداخلية والخارجية
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للورشة
  • إعداد ومراقبة قاعدة بيانات العملاء والموردين والمقاولين
  • إعداد ومتابعة جدول العمل الخاص بالورشة
  • جميع الوظائف الإدارية الأخرى التي يكلف بها الرئيس المباشر ومدير ورشة
