Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as School Bus Drivers. The School Bus Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school. If you have a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a good driving record, a commitment to student safety, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a school bus and transport students to and from school
Ensure the bus is in good working condition through pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Follow a planned route and schedule, making necessary adjustments as needed
Maintain order and discipline on the bus, ensuring the safety of all passengers
Assist students with special needs in boarding and exiting the bus
Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
Enforce school bus safety rules and regulations
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
Requirements:
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with appropriate endorsements
Good driving record and a commitment to safety
Previous experience as a school bus driver is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with students and adults
Excellent time management and punctuality
Ability to pass background checks and required training
High school diploma or equivalent
