Stock Controller – FMCG

• Conduct regular audits of inventory movements and reconcile any discrepancies to uphold a high level of accuracy in the inventory database and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Create and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline inventory management processes, minimize inventory shrinkage, and optimize inventory turnover, thereby contributing to cost savings and improved profitability for the organization.
• Examine inventory data, spot trends, and generate reports to offer insights into inventory performance, assisting management in making informed decisions about inventory control strategies and process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Audit warehouse receipts with purchase orders and suppliers statement.
• Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling.
• Create and maintain a detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies
• Overseeing stock control and liaising with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams.
• Enter purchase details (invoices, vendor details, pricing) into the internal databases
• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
