Pharmacy Automation Sales Specialist Role:
– Sell pharmacy automation equipment and technology solutions.
– Consult with prospective clients to understand their business needs and goals, assess their current pharmacy operations and workflows, and determine how automation technology can optimize efficiency, accuracy, and profitability
– Present automation solutions including robotic dispensing systems, barcode scanning technology, automated packaging and labeling equipment and pharmacy software
– Perform product demonstrations and allow potential customers to test automation equipment hands-on
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to each client showcasing how the technology will improve their specific pharmacy needs
– Maintain expert knowledge of pharmacy automation products, emerging technologies, and trends in the healthcare industry.
– Oversee system installations, provide training to pharmacy staff, and ensure seamless integration and adoption of the technology
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and identify future upsell opportunities
– Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and grow market share within assigned territory or industry vertical
– Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to pharmacy automation
– Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote products and services
