Responsibilities:

·        Guide clients through company incorporation in Qatar’s free zones and other jurisdictions, including various company types.

·        Handle license renewals for existing and new clients.

·        Ensure smooth company incorporation and license renewal processes.

·        Prepare, manage, and report client documentation to management.

·        Liaise with government and free zone authorities for operational and administrative tasks.

·        Advise new clients on company setup options in Qatar, customized to their business needs.

·        Identify and propose cost-effective and suitable company formation solutions.

·        Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.

·        Coordinate post-setup services like bank account opening, visa services, and document services.

·        Perform due diligence on clients and ensure compliance with Qatar’s legal and commercial standards.

·        Respond to client inquiries, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to email policies.
