- B.S. Degree in Engineering (approved by Saudi Council of Engineers) with minimum (14) years’ hands on experience in Generation, Transmission Substations / Electric Utility industry (or) with Consultant performing work with emphasis on preparation of Standards / Specifications/ Drawings, Prequalification of Materials, Review of submittals, bid proposal & Base design package, Quality assurance & Quality control engineering, Trouble shooting of problems at Site related to HVAC, Fire Fighting & related Mechanical Scope of works for Substations, Overhead Transmission and Underground utility related projects.
