Job Description:

  • Maintain a filing system of all relevant documents and records.
  • Responsible for managing documents such as receiving, processing and storing documents related to the Company.
  • Handle front office reception duties such as answering phone calls, preparing meeting rooms for conferences, welcoming guests.
  • Arrange car, hotel & air ticket booking for staff.
  • Provide support to other administrative tasks such as typing, translating and photocopying of documents.
  • Adhere to any other duties requested by the supervisor.
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Supervise office support staff and manage vehicle movements.
  • Receive and record all incoming correspondence/invoices.
  • Dispatch all forms of external correspondence.
  • Assist in soliciting quotations and procuring office supplies and fixed assets.
  • Attend to visitors/business associates and respond to queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – commerce, management, business administration or the equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Competent IT skills, including experience of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferably EGYPTIAN national.
