We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Project Managers in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
Assist in managing project finances, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
Support the Project Manager in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the UAE.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
