Constructions Project and Maintenance Manager

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for construction projects and maintenance activities, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines

• Prepare and manage project budgets for construction projects and maintenance activities, including cost estimation, budget tracking, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution and maintenance operations.

• Oversee the negotiation, administration, and management of contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for both construction projects and maintenance services.
• Ensure that construction activities and maintenance work adhere to quality standards, building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Identify potential risks associated with construction projects and maintenance activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and other adverse impacts.

• : Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, clients, tenants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals and maintenance objectives.

• Lead and motivate project teams, construction crews, maintenance staff, subcontractors, and support personnel to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality maintenance services.
