Description
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing strategies.Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies.Leverage your agency background to effectively communicate with external agencies, providing clear briefs and feedback.Manage relationships with marketing agencies, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.Support in the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and other channels.Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.Assist in conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for marketing projects.Support the planning and execution of events, working closely with the Events and PR Manager.Coordinate logistics and ensure all marketing materials are prepared for events.
Profile
3-5 years of experience in marketing.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.Proven experience in marketing, with a background in agency work.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.Familiarity with healthcare or related industries is a plus
