My client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Performance Executive to support the Digital Performance Manager in running paid media campaigns and optimizing our online presence.

Description
Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Collaborate with the Digital Performance Manager to ensure all campaigns are aligned with the overall digital strategy.Support in managing the monthly advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to budgetary constraints.Monitor campaign costs and provide regular updates to the Digital Performance Manager.Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.Assist in preparing performance reports with key metrics and actionable insights.Work closely with the Digital Performance Manager to optimize campaigns based on performance data.Support in implementing A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, focusing on audience targeting, ad creative, and engagement.Stay informed about social media trends and platform updates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, to ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns.Coordinate with external partners and agencies as needed.
Profile
7-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing.Preferred industry background in an agency setting.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Some experience in digital marketing, preferably in managing paid media campaigns.Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
