We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accommodation Officer. As an Accommodation Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accommodation services, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and comfortable accommodations. You will work closely with clients, landlords, and property management companies to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Ensure all accommodation requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with landlords and property management companies to secure suitable accommodations for clients
Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
Handle all leasing and rental agreements, including negotiating terms and conditions
Manage and maintain client records and files
Resolve any issues or complaints from clients related to accommodations
Stay up to date with current housing regulations and trends in the industry
