Al Aseel Recruitment is currently representing a dynamic company in the search for a talented Purchase Assistant.

About the Company: Our client, is seeking a motivated individual to join their procurement team. If you

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials
• Effectively manage vendor relationships, particularly those in the Far East.
• Communicate and coordinate purchasing activities with internal teams.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts for favorable terms.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Purchase Assistant.Freshers can apply too.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage vendors from the Far East.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
• Only female Filipino / Pakistani and Nepalese candidates will be entertained.

Salary:

• AED 3000.00
