As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales over the phone. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them on our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
  • Handle objections and address customer concerns in a professional manner to overcome barriers to sale.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement through training and skill development initiatives.
