Job Description:

Nano Health Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial functions of the organization, ensuring efficient fund utilization, and contributing to the financial health and reputation of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Record and manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Verify, allocate, and post financial data to maintain accurate records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and explanations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Contact clients and follow up on invoices, ensuring timely payment collection based on credit terms.
• Maintain cash and accurately record cash transactions.
• Prepare accrual and prepaid expenses reports.
• Coordinate with the HR Department regarding payroll.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management about accounting status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Preference for those holding professional certificates.
• Preferably Arabic speaker
• More than four years of experience in the country.
• Experience with ZOHO Books is preferred.
