E&I Maintenance Engineer – APEC Industries

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems within our facilities. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Planning:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Plan and coordinate routine maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment functionality.

1. Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective measures.

1. Preventive Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Identify and replace faulty components to prevent breakdowns.

1. Calibration and Testing:

• Conduct calibration and testing of instrumentation devices to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

1. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Update equipment manuals and documentation as needed.

1. Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards related to electrical and instrumentation systems.

1. Collaboration:

• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of spare parts.

1. Continuous Improvement:
