Job Title: Female Receptionist
Location: Salmiya, Kuwait
Salary: 250 KD
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week

We are a well-established laundromat located in the vibrant community of Salmiya. Committed to providing exceptional service, we are looking for a dedicated and friendly female receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the laundromat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about our services and pricing.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing customer concerns and scheduling delivery appointments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Female, with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
