Sales Associate – ZBOM managed by Deal GTC

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate who have experience in wooden kitchen, cabinets and wardrobe fields to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and driving sales. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in finding products and provide product information
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
5. Ensure shelves are properly stocked and displayed
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
8. Meet and exceed sales targets

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience in a retail sales role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong customer service skills
5. Ability to work well in a team
6. Attention to detail and accuracy
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
8. Positive and enthusiastic attitude
9. Kuwait driving License.
