Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product or service-related issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and update information in the database as needed.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to management as necessary.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and data entry.
