A start up Lounge & club offering a fusion of Asian and European cuisine located in the heart of Singapore City.
Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train and supervise staff on proper service techniques, product knowledge, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all guests receive excellent service in a timely manner.
- Create drink menus and specials as needed, to promote sales.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and served in a timely manner.
