We are in search of an experienced and proactive Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales and Delivery Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the coordination between DTC sales operations and delivery services. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to boost DTC sales and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  3. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  5. Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes, reduce lead times, and minimize delivery costs.
  6. Implement tracking systems to monitor delivery progress and address any issues promptly.
  7. Supervise and motivate a team of delivery personnel, providing training and guidance as needed.
  8. Ensure that the team meets performance targets and adheres to quality standards.
  9. Work closely with customer support teams to address delivery-related inquiries and resolve issues.
  10. Implement strategies to enhance the overall delivery experience and exceed customer expectations.
  11. Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels for efficient order fulfillment.
  12. Implement measures to prevent stockouts or overstock situations and maintain accurate inventory records.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in DTC sales and delivery operations, with a focus on supervisory roles.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  5. Familiarity with delivery tracking systems and order management platforms.
  6. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving delivery and sales targets.
  7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
