تسعى الشركة لتعيين مهندسين مكتب فني بقطاع الميتال خبرة على الأقل 2 – 3 سنوات كمهندس مكتب فني فى الأعمال المعدنية
المهام الوظيفية
تجهيز كافة الرسومات التنفيذية بكامل تفاصيلها المعمارية و التفصيلية shop drawing مثل الرسومات الخاصة باعمال الالومنيوم –الزجاج –الاعمال المعدنية
• أعمال حصر الكميات البنود مثل أعمال الالومنيوم –الزجاج –الاعمال المعدنية.
• مراجعة العقود لجميع البنود لمقاولي الباطن لكل مشروع.
• عمل مستخلصات العميل لكل مشروع ومستخلصات مقاولي الباطن
• إعداد تقارير العمل اليوميه و الشهرية.
• عمل مقايسات بالبنود والكميات والخامات.
• مراجعة اللوحات الإنشائية والمعمارية.
• اتمام عمل تعديلات معمارية صغيرة للعملاء – إن وجد.
• مراجعة الفرق بين لوحات التراخيص ولوحات التنفيذ.
• عمل مقايسة كاملة لكل مشروع بالبنود – شاملة الأسعار.
