- Experience in large-scale housing construction projects.
- Able to use software’s AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and MS Office.
- Calculate quantities based on tender/ IFC Drawings using software’s. (E.g., Planswift, CostX or Revu Bluebeam)
- Collect and review all pertinent documents, including property plans, technical drawings, and project specifications, and inspect the construction site to fully understand the required work.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, budget management, and quality assurance practices.
- Obtain correct and competitive pricing for materials, equipment, and services required to complete an estimate of reasonable probable cost.
