Restaurant Manager – Onyx Arjaan by Rotana

Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage – Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.

Job Responsibility:
– Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high food quality standards
– Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
– Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
– Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers
– Analyze financial data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements

Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
– Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Certification in food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus
