We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales professional to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling electrical equipment and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. As an Outdoor Sales representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales goals. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Identify and approach potential customers to promote the company’s electrical equipment and services.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of the electrical equipment.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and conditions to close deals.
  5. Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to customers.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
  8. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
  9. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  10. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience in outdoor sales of electrical equipment is highly preferred.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Kuwait.
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
