Key Accountabilities
- Receiving all the judgment issued ready to be executed from the Legal managers, checking the customer outstanding, get the necessary approval from relative business.
- Assist the Legal Manager to prepare the enforcement statement of claim and coordinate with External law firm to ensure the enforcement proceedings is in place.
- Assist the Legal Manager to submit all the correspondence along with travel ban request on time and tracking the correspondence status.
- Assist the Legal Manager to follow up on enforcement proceeding cases and visit the court offices, traffic department office, Ministry of Justice office, Ministry of Commerce and industry office, Qatar securities Company officer on daily basis to check on the correspondence submission status.
- Assist the Legal Manager to Prepare Monthly correspondence report for all cases under Enforcement proceedings and check their records with (Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Commerce and industry, Traffic department, Qatar securities Company) and share it with chief Legal officer and the related Legal Manager.
