The Pastry and Bakery Chef will be responsible for overseeing the pastry and bakery operations in a high-end restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of pastry and bakery items, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires a strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:1. Create and execute a variety of pastry and bakery items, including cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts.2. Develop new recipes and menu items, taking into consideration customer preferences and dietary restrictions.3. Ensure all pastry and bakery items meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.4. Oversee the production process, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and coordinating with other kitchen staff.5. Train and supervise pastry and bakery staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure consistent quality and productivity.6. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry and bakery area.7. Stay updated on current industry trends and techniques, continuously improving skills and knowledge.8.
