Job Summary:
The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees within the organization. They will assess training needs, develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Job Responsibility:
– Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers
– Design and develop training programs and materials such as presentations, manuals, and interactive activities
– Deliver training sessions in both group settings and one-on-one sessions
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews
– Update training materials and programs as needed to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field
– Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
– Strong presentation and communication skills
– Ability to work with a diverse group of employees at all levels of the organization
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
