- Responsible to check the drawings as per site approved for construction (AFC)
- Responsible to check the prepared system materials correctness with the right specification & completing accessories according to the drawing
- Perform all kinds of Mechanical or Electrical pipes & tube pre-fabrication works (cutting, grooving, threading, welding, etc.)
- Perform installation of 1st, 2nd & 3rd fix, and other equipment ensuring the proper connection and termination.
- Coordinate any Site modifications with the concerned Foreman/Site Engineer prior to implementation.
- Carry out all Internal testing including troubleshooting, cables tests, line flushing, hydro tests, pressure tests, etc…
- Assembly all kinds of skids including internal piping, tubing, cabling, assembly of valves, instruments, including internal testing and labeling.
- Perform all types of termination & labeling
- Perform all maintenance service requests as assigned.
- Perform normal electrical repair, assembly, maintenance, and testing assignments.
- Responsible to use and maintain the right tools & equipment for the right application including tools & equipment servicing and cleaning.
- Follow personal safety and protection procedures against possible hazards.
- Responsible for his own safety and safety of his co-worker but not limited to use proper PPE’s.
- Perform different types of mechanical assembly and maintenance work such as dismantling, repair, welding, installing, alignment, cleaning, and lubrications …etc
- Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, perform other related duties when requested.
