We are looking for a Sales Representative for ICY DECK FROZEN FISH & SEAFOOD Company.
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Representative specializing in seafood to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, with a focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with hotels, restaurants, and other establishments in the seafood industry. Responsibilities:
Prospect and Acquire New Business:
-Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and other establishments.
-Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Build and Manage Client Relationships:
-Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted establishments.
-Collaborate with clients to understand their seafood needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge:
-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our seafood products.
-Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
-Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
-Develop and present competitive sales proposals.
-Proficient in negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
Market Expansion:
-Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within the assigned territory.
-Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall company sales goals.
Reporting and Documentation:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
-Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
