1.    Operational Management:

3.    Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues or customer complaints promptly.

4.    Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the factory’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor the financial metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance teamto prepare financial reports and forecasts.

5.    Supply Chain s Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the procurement of raw materials and inventory management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate inventory control and reporting.

6.    Health s Safety:

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
  • Oversee regular safety audits and training sessions.

7.    Sales Management:

  • Manage and oversee the sales team to achieve sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to the sales team.

8.    Research and Development (RsD) Management:

  • Oversee the RCD department to drive innovation and product development.
  • Collaborate with the RCD team to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  • Ensure alignment of RCD activities with market trends and customer needs.

9.    Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve overall factory performance.
