Technical Assistant

Reports to: Manager – Technical Support

Job Purpose:

To perform diversified duties to achieve the goals and target of Engineering department by coordinating with technical staffs and Production departments, keeping records of expenses, spare parts and Asset conditions. Also to have all the required technical documentation, Service reports in place to comply with different audit, local and international facility, maintenance and safety regulations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare the Monthly engineering Report.
• Prepare the day-to-day Reports and data analysis as needed.
• Keep Record of Department expenses such as spares, materials, and Utilities bills.
• Coordinate with Procurement for quotes, Invoice and payment for parts and services.
• Keep track Engineering inventory and order as per consumption rate.
• Technical Documentation to comply audits.
• Co-ordinates with technical team and Production department for engineering tasks.
• Communicate with subcontractors to schedule services and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a database of subcontractors, including contact information and capabilities.
• Follow PPM Plan and assign the task to team accordingly.
• Assist engineering Manager In reports and documentation as needed.
