  • Register the new awarded contracts /Change Requests (CRs) on AX system
  • Gather the required approvals for the stakeholders on PAF
  • Follow up with the stakeholders the COR approvals
  • Responsible for Following up on managed service and Implementation of service level agreements related to operation and support contracts.
  • Manages the service team schedule, oversees daily operations interactions with our customers, handles any complaints or requests, and reports to the service managers as necessary.
  • Help Service managers in any managed service contracts related tasks and act on behalf of service manager as requested.
  • Attending the meetings held between service managers and teams, register requirements, and writes MOM to be submitted to Head of services.
  • Following up with all concerned parties until the pending tasks related to maintenance & operation contracts are completed.
  • Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.
  • Proactively fix pending issues and creating status reports that keeps stakeholders informed about the plans and progress.
  • Send due tasks to team members and follow up with them daily to update the plans.
  • Coordinate with Giza systems / GA admins and IT for logistics and registration for managed service resources.
  • Coordinate with human resources to complete administrative and hiring process for all required resources (selection criteria, contracts issuing, medical insurance.)
  • Make filling to all necessary service contract documents (correspondences in/out, purchasing orders, petty cash, attendance reports…)
  • Schedules meetings and arranges appointments in internal meetings.
  • Provides instructions or information to the service team.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
