We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dressmaker to join our team specializing in all kinds of ladies’ dresses. If you have a passion for fashion, exceptional cutting skills, and a strong background in ladies’ wear, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Precisely measure, mark, and cut fabric according to design specifications.
– Realization of 1st draping from the designer sketch
– Realization of samples considering production technical constraints ( cut , finishing , technical and upgrading solutions )
– Pattern cutting , Draping , Adaptation and transformation of clothing .
– Research of technical solutions according to designs and fabrics.
– Following of dresses cutting and sewing.
– Collaborate with designers and patternmakers to ensure accuracy in cutting.
– Operate cutting equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
– Maintain a high standard of quality control in the cutting process.
– Oversee and manage cutting room operations.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Master Cutter in ladies’ wear, preferably in the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of different fabrics, patterns, and dress styles.
– Proficient in using cutting equipment and tools.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
