Our Travel and Tourism department is looking for an experienced candidate to join us on an immediate basis as a Reservation Agent.
You will be responsible for helping clients in planning and making a reservation for their vacations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the clients for any issues and queries. Besides this, you should be able to maintain client’s details accurately for future reference.
Responsibilities
Assisting clients with planning and making reservations.
Suggesting local tourists’ attractions and places.
Process payments and send reservation confirmation to the clients.
Communicating with the Front Desk to confirm the reservation.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
1 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, Travel Agent, or a relevant role in the Travel and Tourism industry.
Professional certification as a Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) will be an advantage.
Working experience in using office equipment.
Excellent people and problem-solving skills.
