- Proficient in the use of various tools, and carry out data analysis independently, find problems from transaction data, coach team members to improve and continuously optimize plans and strategies;
- Summarize and sort out various actions in the work, can form a methodology that is easy to copy and promote to use, and provide suggestions for company policies.
