We are currently seeking a Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a Drivers Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of drivers and ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods and personnel. You will work closely with the operations team to coordinate schedules, monitor driver performance, and maintain compliance with transportation regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of drivers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement driver schedules to ensure efficient and timely transportation of goods and personnel.
- Monitor driver performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual ( Arabic / English )
- Excellent in Microsoft.
