What you’ll be doing  

The Senior Associate Marketing will be responsible for different functions across LEVEL SHOES.

•You will be involved in all aspects of marketing and media from planning, activation, promotions communication, media relations, research

• Assist in building marketing plan / calendar for the different markets in close co-operation with the brand’s marketing departments

•Support the team in obtaining necessary permits for events and activations.

•Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media outlets to identify potential opportunities.

• Follow up closely on the plans’ implementation, schedule and activities in all concerned markets

• Coming with innovative ideas that will delight the customers

• Measure the marketing activities ROIs

• Work in coordination with commercial team to ensure marketing plans support commercial goals

• Manage and coordinate with concerned parties for the production of marketing materials being from leaflets, visuals etc

• Organize, attend events, and exhibitions

• Carry out local market research, customer survey, assessing customer demands, brand positioning, monitor competitors’ activities, and evaluating market campaigns

Suppliers/Customer Relationship

• Communicate all required information about animation / visibility to the teams

• Present the various marketing plans to the stores/ shop managers and ensure its proper implementation

• Meet and discuss with local suppliers for all marketing bookings and animations

• Define the media and PR plan by briefing the PR agency

•Manage the various marketing budgets, invoice organization and recording, including issuing POs and processing payments.

•Monitor and update the budget sheet on a daily basis to ensure accurate spend tracking.

• Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed

What you’ll need to succeed  

A strong interest in and knowledge of the regional market, fashion, and luxury industries.

•A commitment to excellence and an eye for detail.

•Dynamic and proactive, with a resilient and positive attitude.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

•Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

•Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• At least 3 years’ experience in a 360 marketing role (Trade, Ecommerce, PR, influencers, CRM) within a luxury fashion brand

• GCC/UAE experience is essential, clear understanding of the ME market and consumer

• Be Proactive and confident

• Knowledgeable about all customer touch points, malls, CRM, digital

• Previous experience dealing with agencies

• Experienced with events

• Understanding of Customer KPI’s
