Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cleaning and maintenance activities of a residential property to ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards are met.

Job Responsibility:
– Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff.
– Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
– Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
– Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
– Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Coordinate with other departments to provide support for events and special requests.

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Knowledge of cleaning protocols and techniques.
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Certification in housekeeping or related field is a plus.
