Job Opportunity: Admin Assistant for School

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to school staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events.
Assist with student enrollment, registration, and record-keeping.
Handle communication with parents, students, and staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain and update school databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and process school reports, forms, and documentation.
Assist with the organization of school events, meetings, and activities.
Manage office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
Support teachers and administrators with various tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or education management is a plus.
Experience working in a school environment is advantageous.
