We are looking for a skilled and experienced Demi Chef De Partie to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Demi Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef De Partie in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to our standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef De Partie in preparing and cooking dishes
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to our standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Assist in stock control and rotation
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie
- Experience in a similar role in a private sector company
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
