Description
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task dependencies, and timelines.Track project progress, manage changes, and identify potential risks.Ensure adherence to project budgets and resource allocation.Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.Conduct regular project status reviews and communicate progress to stakeholders.Implement change management strategies to minimise disruption during the implementation process.Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful system adoption.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management with a focus on Dynamics F&O / AX.In-depth knowledge of Dynamics F&O modules, particularly Production, Supply Chain, and Finance.Proven experience in managing complex ERP implementation projects in the manufacturing industry.Experience with data migration and integration processes.
