Perform assigned duties as per internal SOP standards and company procedures.
Greeting and directing each visitor by providing an overall welcoming environment as per guest accommodation protocol to ensure outstanding customer experience.
Timely respond to all inquiries and consult walk-in guests at the reception, over the phone/email/whatsapp to promote treatments based on guest concerns.
Coordinate branch front-desk activities and answer all incoming phone calls.
Oversee the bookings of treatments and ensure that treatments are allocated to each therapist and that the staffing roaster is geared up at all time making sure that all treatments are available for booking and will be carried out smoothly.
