• Your role will involve conducting regular performance evaluations of your team members, offering constructive feedback, and initiating corrective actions as necessary, all while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
• Serving as a vital communication link between sales representatives and higher management, ensuring seamless updates, progress reports, and issue resolution for cohesive alignment.
• Actively facilitating communication between sales representatives and upper management, guaranteeing smooth dissemination of updates, progress tracking, and effective issue resolution for harmonized synchronization.
• Performing routine performance evaluations for team members, offering valuable feedback and instigating corrective measures when warranted, within a nurturing team setting.
• Undertaking frequent performance reviews of team members, furnishing constructive input and enacting necessary improvements, all while nurturing a positive team milieu.
• Coordinating with upper-tier sales management to establish sales plans and budgets, utilizing your insights to fine-tune workflows and amplify overall efficiency.
