Job Description:
- Develop and implement food quality standards and specifications aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular food quality audits and inspections across all stages of food preparation and service to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor food product quality, taste, and presentation to ensure consistency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to the camp’s quality guidelines.
- Analyze food quality data, including sensory evaluations and customer feedback, to identify trends, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes, ensuring that they meet the camp’s quality and safety standards.
